Our wonderful facilitator Jacki Rowles is a family violence practitioner and supervisor based in Tāmaki Makaurau. Since 2007, she has been working alongside professionals in the family violence sector, providing both individual and group supervision.
Many people have shared with her that they sometimes feel isolated in their work, that individual supervision can occasionally feel intense or burdensome, and that the cost of individual supervision can be a concern. They also expressed that working together with a shared understanding could better serve our clients and help everyone to navigate the personal and professional demands of family violence work.
Jacki is excited to offer online group supervision sessions specifically for professionals who are dedicated to making a difference in the field of family violence. These sessions provide a safe and supportive environment to discuss cases, share insights, and enhance your practice through collective learning.
